Had a really good day at the gym yesterday. Didn't eat very well for lunch so I made it up by eating light and healthy for dinner. Down another pound!
105.2 kg Lost so far: 15.0 kg.    Still to go: 23.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
