Grrrrrrrrrrr This is so stinking hard to do. Fat and protein neck-in-neck, at 47/48. Shooting for 85-90 protein, and 100 - 110 Fat. Totally missed on the veggies today. Rough 3 days.
99.3 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 44.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
