Trying IF 18/6 but bad organic peanut butter, for 3 nights and it is not helping. So just whole foods and lots of salad. 7 cups or more. Still on high good fats, low protein and carbs.
102.7 kg Lost so far: 25.7 kg.    Still to go: 21.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
