Rockin it! Despite the holidays and being snowed in for a week, have maintained excellent discipline and kept the weight off. I am only 5 pounds away from my low a year and half ago. That is my next goal. I will get there. I've done a pretty good job of not snacking at night and the cravings are getting easier to fight. I am motivated, activated and disciplined.
