I guess it's all the festive eating and alcohol. it's really unfair that some of us gain weight when we just over indulge a bit. Are we not allowed to eat just a bit of delicious food😊☹️☹️☹️? I am really sad, bcus it was a very busy festive constantly on my feet & instead I gained weight! Anyway I will start again.
