Tomorrow is going to be a month since I smoked my last cigarette! I am quite proud of myself 😀 the worst cravings are now over and I can start to focus on minimising the damage I made over the last three months. This small loss is a step in right direction. I will this week start to do some exercise and look to increase it over time as I haven't done any since October and don't want to push it too much. This year I want to get back to the lowest point where I was last year and than brake the 76kg barrier I have been hitting! It's all for the taking!!!! Have a great week guys xx
