2.5 pounds this week. I'm not going to be disappointed though. I lost so much weight in the first 2 weeks that my body is probably trying to adjust and 2.5 pounds is still good. That means only 2.5 more pounds and I will be under the 250 mark which I haven't been in a long time. :)
114.6 kg Lost so far: 3.4 kg.    Still to go: 44.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.1 kg a Week
