Started off with a big Dinner Thursday at the ROTC ball, then Friday through Monday my parents were here and we ate big, incl. carbs. Also bought a bag of yogi gummies and ate it within 12 hours.
I did do a bunch of exercise - push-ups, planks & lunges - also we walked a lot this weekend.
Am 1/4 inch smaller around the waist 35.25 inches.
