I only lost 1 pound this week but I know what the culprit was. This week I was craving sugar so badly and I gave in a couple times. I'll have to try harder next week. Today was my last weigh in with my HCG Doctor! I'm going to need some motivation and help keeping up the momentum that I've started.
106.1 kg Lost so far: 3.2 kg.    Still to go: 29.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
