I seem to have hit a plateau here, oh well, onward and downward :)
67.6 kg Lost so far: 5.0 kg.    Still to go: 1.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Have something you really like, don't worry about the diet for a day. Then do a low calorie day. That almost always works when for me with plateaus. Keep up the good work Selket!
