I'm excited! This morning was weigh in and I've lost another 4 1/2 pounds. Last week I lost 5 1/2 pounds ... so I'm at a total of 10 pounds in two weeks! :oD Yippppeeee!
82.3 kg Lost so far: 2.0 kg.    Still to go: 23.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
