The pound that came off yesterday is back, but no big deal. May have been water weight. Fact is, I'm still only taking in cals below my max set threshold, and I have that set rather aggressively anyway. I'm eating good food and getting in some low impact exercises. After lunch I'm only at 31% of my daily total. This is to be expected. My body may not want to lose for a few days or a week but it will pick up again. Still doing a good job of not snacking at night past 8pm. That's a bit of a hard habit to break, but I'm doing it. The pay off so far is that I have been able to fit back into a number of clothes that I could not just a few weeks ago. That's a morale booster.

Train until its harder to do it wrong than it is to do it right.
