My diet is steady as she goes. We are on calm seas. Good time to practice discipline, getting prepared by looking at the food I want to incorporate into my daily life. Still doing good job of not snacking at night. Resisting temptations. Office peeps taunted me with cookies. I said No.
101.5 kg Lost so far: 5.5 kg.    Still to go: 10.8 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
