I can't believe I have lost 6 pounds in a week and 4 days!! I know it will start to slow down, but I am so proud of myself!!
89.4 kg Lost so far: 2.7 kg.    Still to go: 14.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I love the beginning! We get really good results! Although I heard that if your weight has gone plateau try put into little bit more calories intake and do your daily excerise it'll jumpstart your mealobsim (psst I know I can't spe :-P ) good luck mama!
