I hate plateaus they are so discouraging!!! I just can't seem to get beyond this. I guess as much as I hate doing Take Off - I will have to do one more time starting this morning!!!

69.4 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg. Still to go: 8.2 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

The last few take off's I have done really have not helped me a whole lot. Hope it works better for you.

I hope it does but I do hate it. I don't mind the juice so much - I just don't like the weak feeling I get by the second day.
