FINALLY..... Exceeded 20 pounds lost. Even with my Thanksgiving cheat! Now…… To focus on the next 20 pounds.

83.6 kg Lost so far: 9.8 kg. Still to go: 20.1 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Losing 0.3 kg a Week
