Girls' weekend starts this afternoon ; ) Excited, but afraid I'll put on some of the weight I've lost. hope not - it's been so much work...so slow coming off and always so quick to put on
72.8 kg Lost so far: 6.5 kg.    Still to go: 16.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Don't worry D! You remember that you make good choices most of the time, so don't go around feeling guilty all weekend if you indulge a little bit. Thanks for your words of support for me too, I'm probably retaining a lot of water because all that's left in the house is packaged food until we go shopping tomorrow... Ah well, I don't know if I can bring myself to enter a weigh if I am still up tomorrow, lol but I know I'm working at it still, so I won't be giving up!! :D Have a WONDERFUL time!
