Made it through day 3. I had my usual morning bacon, sausage patty, and coffee. By the way I LOVE my morning bacon, sausage and coffee.THANK YOU ATKINS!!!! But after that I was not hungry at all. It could have been because I was really busy running around at work. I just did the best I could to eat what I had planned for today. LOL it's so weird to say that I was not hungry ;)
Water was no problem and I drank all day long. Lots of bathroom breaks.
Again the same exercise routine. Walk on treadmill at 2mph pace (but with the incline on 10). I did 2.0 miles :) After my walk I did 5 pushups and 20 sit-ups. I had a really long day at work so I was not as motivated to work out when I got home. But having a set routine kinda helped because I knew I only had a walk, pushups, and situps. I picked this routine because I knew it would be easy enough to get me through the first week. It seems to be working because even though the last thing I wanted to do tonight is exercise, I still mananged to complete it.
