昨天中午在教會吃,菜少肉多,喝了很多湯。下午又吃了半個橘子。晚上到好市多,吃了一大碗雞肉沙拉,雖然有菜但都是生菜,肉都是雞胸肉,總結就是蛋白質超量了~今天體重上升不意外啊!
