Ok, I always get together with friends and family over the weekend. Our socializing is always around food. My family lives to eat instead of the other way around. So regardless of Veal Picada and pasta on Saturday and then charcoal burgers on Sunday. I was careful and got 4 days of exercise in. I did loose 1 lb this week.
