Good Morning,
Beautiful day in Fl,just returned from a great walk around the area. Had a Atkins shake as snack,going to make something with flax for later on in the day. After piggy out on Easter,at least that what I called it,back on track with Induction for the next week. I had to weight because I wanted to see a little something and it is a little something but has big meaning. I found a few recipes that I am going to try.I use lots of chicken breast and also thighs so I needed to do something different with them Actually my favorite chicken part is the wings. I haven read any of the posts yet,but I know all of your are doing the best and succeeding.No matter how small its still success. Just being here keeps me going and accountable,which sometimes its hard to do but I can't fool myself and if I don't say exactly how its going then I won't make it.
