I did pretty good yesterday, I could of definitely did better, but I did drop 3 lbs... but I'm not too excited because the first 5 lbs always come off easy. I'll be happy when I drop 20-30 lbs and I'll see a difference to my 86 lbs goal.
101.2 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 37.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
