hallow jumpa lagi,, setelah sekian lama absen karna naik turun badan and saya datang lagi and hasil nimbang hari ini 53 kg yipeyyyy alhamdulillah semangat....
53 kg Lost so far: 13 kg.    Still to go: 3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
