I actually lost 2.3 lbs. I didn't record any weigh in entry the last 2 weeks,back on track now,even doing some excirses,feeling pretty good about myself so I've given me a high five yay !!!!
92.1 kg Lost so far: 9.5 kg.    Still to go: 17.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
