I have started Intermitted fasting. I don't eat during the day (I do have coffee with cream so I do cheat( then I have 1 big meal after work and snacks. this works for me because the lack of the carbs in my life has really toned down my hunger. I'm just not hungry during the day anymore. hopefully it stays this way. I just couldn't track my food anymore it's just too much work but it's much harder to overeat when it's just 1 or 2 meals
84.4 kg Lost so far: 5.4 kg.    Still to go: 16.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.4 kg a Week
