Not upset about the weight - was expecting to be up, not upset about the fat, but the MUSCLE?!! Been working my ass off at gym and lifting weights I didn't before, so was kinda expecting for that to have gone up?!
97.7 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 17.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
