After looking at my diet and the changes I had instilled, I noticed that I was falling short of the calories that I was supposed to have each day. So, I am eating fairly "normal" foods. I have Healthy Choice dinners at work, eat jars of Dole fruit, and then my pizza and such. I even have cookies (oreos) or some fast food and a coke every now and then.
I like it this way. :)
