I haven't weighed myself......but been on vaca for over a week......I'm dreading at looking at that scale. Even though I have walked soooo much, I know it couldn't had been enough for what I haven't.

83.6 kg Lost so far: 4.4 kg. Still to go: 11.5 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
