I've adjusted my nutritional intake and have added strength training on alternative days when cardio is not done. It seems to be working! 💃🍒
67.6 kg Lost so far: 15.9 kg.    Still to go: 15.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.4 kg a Week
