my weight has been ridiculous lately. I have been so up and down. I am still sticking to it, but it really reflects that I am not really feeling "it" lately!
106.1 kg Lost so far: 39.5 kg.    Still to go: 40.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
