I have to quit screwing around and get going!!!!! It is my own fault and I can't bllame it on anyone else. My carb consumption is horrible as well as fats. No more fast food. Need discipline!!! I need more protein. That is the only way I will start to see the scale go down. See, I know all this stuff and don't do it! Now i am mad so I will start again! Wish me luck. If you want it bad enough you will do it.

When I first started on this site I joined a "no fast food for 6 wks" challenge and that helped leaps. Maybe there is one starting or maybe you could start one. I should find one myself. :( I did super well but you know the ol saying about bad habits. Good luck. You can do this and more!
