Well my scale said the same as the scale at the gym yesterday! Back to the 140lbs...now to work towards the 130s! I did pass on the gym today in favor of going to the spa :/ I'll be squeezing in gym time tomorrow!
67.6 kg Lost so far: 16.8 kg.    Still to go: 4.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
