禮拜天的行程固定會去教會,教會中午的愛餐通常是生酮不能吃的,果然今天的是咖哩飯,還好帶了防彈咖啡,中午一餐防彈,下午帶小孩去泳池玩水,晚上到夜市吃滷味,吃到後來忍不住吃了一些加工品,還有一顆麻糬包甜芝麻~喔喔!希望看在我今天晚餐前都很乖的情況下,明天體重不要往上啊! 水量:今天應該有到5000cc 排瀉:很自然的大了3次
