It looks like I'm a pound a day now...nnnnice.

Today's meals are laid out as following the first week of GPlans diet...I may cut out a few things to stay around 1200KCAL. :)
80.5 kg Lost so far: 3.9 kg.    Still to go: 5.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
