I lost 1 pound last week. I am very proud of myself! My goal was to lose 1.6 and be down to 195.0, but I'm down to 195.6, so pretty close anyway.
I will set my goal to lose 1.6 this week, and to be down to 194.0 by Saturday. If I stick to my meal and exercise plan, this should be no problem.
