I'm very dissappointed. I have plateaued at 180. I weighed Saturday morning and the scale was at 177, then 178 on Sunday (I never lay claim to my loss until it's shown for 3 days). This morning, it was back to 180. So, I will amp up my efforts this week! That number will NOT get me down! I am looking and feeling great and I know that my body is thanking me for the healthy changes I have implemented in my life!
