Couldn't get on the elliptical today, my back was sore from helping Trent learn how to ride his bike. So just some light stretching today, and then back on the machine tomorrow.
74.8 kg Lost so far: 4.5 kg.    Still to go: 6.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
