Hit another plateau. Have added weight training over the last 2 weeks, and cut down on the swimming. I feel like I have more muscle mass. Therefore I WILL weigh more with more muscle. I'm ok with it. I feel smaller and me clothes definitely fit different. 4" smaller in my belt. :) I will keep on keep'n on!
97.1 kg Lost so far: 8.6 kg.    Still to go: 10.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
