started very slow and minor changes...

this one being not eating after 7pm till the next day. a bit hard to do.
77.1 kg Lost so far: 4.1 kg.    Still to go: 14.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.5 kg a Week

It sounds easy... But not when you have a crazy schedule or no routine in place. Things come up or you get busy. You pretty much have to take one day at a time.
