Right now a small gain is ok with me. This was weigh in was last Thursday, I forgot to put it in. Hopefully, tomorrow's weigt is close the same!

95.1 kg Lost so far: 6.0 kg.    Still to go: 15.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
