Yep so 18St 11lbs. Certainly better than the 19st 7lbs I had got to at the beginning of August.
Lets see what next week brings, i expect it to slow down now the bloating from Alcohol has left me, although I would kill for a Chinese takeaway tonight I am going to stir fry some veg and chicken myself and stay away from noodles!
I am happy with that for now....
