Yesterday was terrible it was 90 degrees at 8:00 AM so I didn't go walking and ate a bunch of junk food. My mom won't put her air conditioning on so it was 90 degrees in the house at 3 AM so again I didn't go walking I can't wait until I get home at least I have a treadmill and can go walking in my own home.
101.8 kg Lost so far: 19.4 kg.    Still to go: 33.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
