Okay here goes nothing...weighing in at 220 lbs and today is first day of this diet. I plan on losing a lb a day but in reality without exercise it will be slower. However, as soon as I lose at least 20 lbs I will start running again....I miss running....
99.8 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 31.8 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
