okay my scale was way off yesterday. First time I've broken it out in a while and I guess it was off. Weighed a 10lb weight on it and it was still about 0.5lb heavy but hey, that's so much better than almost 10lbs heavy. Now I can work down from this. Current goal is lose 15lbs, I'd like to say by the end of the year but definitely by the end of the year, if not passing that slightly.
All next month we have multiple work lunches where we go out to eat. Truly that will be my challenge, as to not order the bad stuff I want to eat, but order good choices at restaurants. Probably time for me to find my "Eat this, not that" book for chain restaurants so I can be prepared!
76.3 kg Lost so far: 5.3 kg.    Still to go: 15.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
