My intention in going into the OWL Phase is to remain at the 20 grams of carbohydrates for awhile longer, but to be able to increase my portions of vegetables and cheese somewhat and to allow a little bit more variety. Induction called for 15-20 NET carbs, which I was rarely able to achieve on the portions of vegetables allowed. I want enough vegetable portions permitted to allow me to see what I get when I am actually at the 15-20 grams of carbohydrates.
98.4 kg Lost so far: 7.7 kg.    Still to go: 30.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
