Stunned ! Spent 2 weeks eating fry ups for breakfast, Tequilla & San Miguel for lunch....
And a range of Mexican, English, Spanish and Italin food in the evenings in beautiful Algorfa, Spain. I have lost 3 lbs!

My hypothesis that if I carry on doing that for 5 more years should see me in great physical shape has been debunked by my wife. Apparently I cannot expect to continue losing weight at this rate, it would in real terms slow down and take longer.
Challenge accepted 😁

Seriously though the fridge is full of salad, vegetables, quality fish and meat and our kitchen scales are fully operational.
To keep my portion size in check, now I'm back in reality,
I'll let you know if I'm a winner or loser in this battle that will need a good couple of years of dedication to achieve.
