Had one of those days where everything looked good and got eaten. It was fun but I knew I would pay this morning and I did. Time for a two day fast for my lack of will power.

93.4 kg Lost so far: 6.3 kg. Still to go: 11.8 kg. Diet followed: Poorly.

Gaining 6.4 kg a Week
