just under a week til I am off to Thailand. going to try and walk a bit before I go. This year for Easter I have said I do not want anything, so there is a start.. Had 2 big days at the gym and paying for it now
135 kg Lost so far: 19 kg.    Still to go: 40 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
