Obviously I didn't take my weight gain seriously enough last week...I was worried and worked hard but I maintained the 140 something for a good amount of time so I really didn't think it would be hard to lose and maintain at least 145...I was mistaken! My son made cookies with my mom and I ate one to appease them and then BAM I stuffed my face! Reality bites!
68.5 kg Lost so far: 15.9 kg.    Still to go: 5.4 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
