Up AGAIN! I feel like I've been stuck between 151.5 and 153 for a month now. I've been eating on plan, so I don't know what's up. Will try to increase exercise, watch what I eat carefully, and see what happens this week.
69.5 kg Lost so far: 3.1 kg.    Still to go: 1.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 1.7 kg a Week

Consider dropping the Atkins bars. They have sugar alcohols that are known stallers for those sensitive to them.
